This Mission style pattern with its prominant twisty ribbon design is inspired by the organic shapes of the famous Scottish Arts & Crafts designer, Mackintosh.
The diagonal braid contrasts with the typical straight lines in Mission motifs.

The shade lights up beautifully with colors from a light blue ribbon zigzagging over a vertical band of hazzy, salmon colored glass that travels down the center of the shade. These colors repeat along the horizontal bottom border of the shade. The background glass is golden honey. The pattern is framed with an outer border of root beer colored hobnail glass. 
 

The single post reverse hanging hardware is an appropriate design for this shade with its square shape, smooth straight lines, and dark bronze satin finish.
