A dynamic shade featuring giant sunflowers in three bright colors of red, purple and yellow. Each sunflower center has a large cluster of sparkling jewels in matching colors making a powerful overall presentation. Much work is involved in executing this shade as each jewel must be copper foiled and soldered into place.

 

The scene is presented on a brick-pattern background of light honey glass, stems are celery green; and the sunflowers are framed against green leaves. The pattern consists of a 3-color, 3-time repeat displaying 9 large flowers around the shade’s circumference.
