From the center of the shade a hypnotic pattern of zig-zag pointy stripes burst forth, going round and around on the surface of the shade ending in stylized shapes resembling peacock eye feathers. When lit the shade comes to life in an array of bright colors of orange, green, cobalt blue, mauve and burgundy set against a pearled white background. The pearled sections will reflect pale rainbow colors on the surface in daylight when unlit.  The outside edge is trimmed with a thin green stripe and a pearled white border. This lamp is unique; a center of attention.
