For this energic motif we chose lively colors mainly in various shades of reds and rusts. The design requires 1,125 swirly pattern pieces of glass to be cut, ground, copper foiled and soldered – time consuming and no easy feat. We soldered a heavy wire along its irregular border for strength and stability. The result is an illuminous work of art that will be a showstopper in any room it is displayed.
