This deceptively simplistic design which is comprised of many cut pieces of glass, ranging in size from tiny to large. Their arrangement creates semi-swirling, crisscross hatching lines resembling a fish’s scales. We use glass that is interesting in character and dramatic in color because of the minimalistic design. The finished piece, while time & labor-intensive, results in a truly impressive and handsome shade.  The shade changes from dark and mysterious when unlit to ethereal as a midnight sky when lit.
