The Daffodil shades were produced by Tiffany Studios circa 1904. Featured on this page is our reproduction of the Daffodil shade on a Tiffany replica Perforated table base.

The pattern’s unusual feature is that the daffodils, their thinly cut leaves and stems all face downward toward the shade’s bottom three rows. The design re-counts the famous Greek legend of Narcissus who became enamored with his image whilst gazing into the water. 

Our shade features hand rolled glass of yellow and gold daffodils, mossy and bright green leaves and stems and a blue watery background. The colors chosen appropriately illustrate this ancient tale of “narcissism”.

The heavy base is finished in an antique warm brown. It has a high relief design of eyelets like the original Tiffany base. It has a three sockets pull chain
