One of the earlier lamps produced by Tiffany Studios (circa 1900), the Acorn shade’s date give-away is from its minimal decoration and brick pattern background. The circumference of the shade shows a band with acorns strung together up and down along its center. This pattern was taken from Japanese art and design which became popular in Western art during the late 1800s.
